تأملات فى آيــة اليوم...
النعمة معطاة لنا مجانا. لا يمكن استحقاقها او الحصول عليها. لكن اذا لم يحركنا الخلاص بعيدا عن طرقنا المؤذية والمتمردة فهو مزيف. التوبة هى تغير الحياة. هى ادراك اننا كنا نسير فى الاتجاه الخاطئ فى طريق ذو اتجاه واحد. هى الاعتراف ان محاولة قيادة حياتنا تنتهى دائما بالاحباط، الكارثة، والموت بدون ان يكون يسوع سيدنا وسيد حياتنا. نحن نعلم ان نعمة الله رائعة، لكن لنعلم ايضا ان وصاياه كريمة. اذا فعلنا، سوف نغير سلوكياتنا لتعكس شخصية الآب الذى ارسل ابنه ليكون التضحية من اجل آثامنا!
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Grace is given to us as a free gift. It cannot be earned or merited. But salvation that does not move us out of our self-destructive and rebellious ways is counterfeit — it's just religious motion and commotion. Repentance is a major life change. Repentance is the realization that we have been going the wrong way on a one-way street. Repentance is an acknowledgment that trying to guide our own lives will always end in disappointment, disaster, and death without Jesus being the Lord of our lips and our lives. As we do, we will change our behavior to reflect the character of the Father who sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins! We know that God's grace is marvelous, but let's also learn that his will is gracious and life-giving.

يا إلهى المحب الرحيم، ادرك انك خلصتنى من آثامي القديمة وتريد ايضا تخليصي من عواقب الخطايا المستقبلية عن طريق دعوتى لطاعتك. ساعدنى من فضلك فى تحويل حياتى لوصاياك. قويني بروحك لأقاوم الاغواء واعكس قداستك. اجلب لحياتي الثمره التي تعكس خلاصك وشخصيتك بي. باسم يسوع اصلي. آمين.
My Prayer...
Loving and merciful God, I realize that you saved me from my past sins and also want to save me from the consequences of future sins by calling me to obedience. Please help me as I turn my life over to your will. Please strengthen me with your Spirit so that I may resist temptation and reflect your holiness. Bring to life the fruit that reflects your salvation and character in me. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
