تأملات فى آيــة اليوم...
لنلتزم بأن نقوم بعمل أفضل فى مساعدة اخوتنا واخواتنا الجدد فى المسيح ان ينموا فى المسيح. التلاميذ لم يقودوا الناس ليسوع فقط، بل شجعوهم وقووهم فى ايمانهم. الرسل الأوائل علموا أن يسوع دعاهم لعمل شئ أكبر من دعوة الناس للايمان به, لكن الله أرسلهم ليتلمذوا تلاميذ ناضجين ليساعدوهم ليصبحوا مثل يسوع (لوقا 6:40, كولوسي 1:28-29). ان يسوع لم يرسلنا فقط لنبشر الناس ليأخذوا قرار لكي يكونوا له بل لكي يكونوا تلاميذ له (متي: 28:18-20).
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Let's commit to doing better at helping our new brothers and sisters in Christ grow in Christ. The apostles didn't just lead people to Christ; they also encouraged and strengthened their faith. The early disciples recognized that Jesus had called them to do more than introduce people to faith in him; the Lord also sent them out to make mature disciples to help them become like Christ (Luke 6:40; Colossians 1:28-29). Jesus didn't send us out to call people to make a decision about him, but to become disciples of him (Matthew 28:18-20).

يا إلهى القدوس المحب، اشكرك على هؤلاء الناس الغاليين الذين ساعدونى عندما كنت مسيحيا صغيرا. من فضلك استخدمنى لأبارك المسيحيين الجدد فى كنيستى و عائلتي و دائرة تأثيري. أصلي هذا في اسم اخى الأكبر و مخلصي وربى، يسوع المسيح. آمين.
My Prayer...
Holy and loving God, thank you for those precious people who nurtured me as a young Christian. Please use me to bless new believers in my church family, physical family, and circle of influence. I pray this in the name of my older Brother, Savior, and Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.
