But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. They will be protected forever...
Blessings crown the head of the righteous, but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked.
"Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?'" The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'
Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked, for the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being snared.
Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord.

How great is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you, which you bestow in the sight of men on those who take refuge in you.
Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.
I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.
This is what the Lord says: "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, 'We will not walk in it.'"
Instead, you ought to say, "If it is the Lord's will, we will live and do this or that."
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? ... No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
Do not offer the parts of your body to sin, as instruments of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God, as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer the parts of your body to him as instruments of righteousness.
As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
[Bless the Lord] who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.
Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.
Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?
