Gedanken zum Vers des Tages
Du schuldest etwas! Stichtag der Einkommenssteuer. Nicht mein Lieblingstag. Und bei dir? Aber was wären wir ohne Regierung, Ordnung und Gesetze. Auch wenn wir das System — wie es heute funktioniert — nicht mögen, wie wäre es ohne jegliches System? Lasst uns erlösend leben und treue Bürger unseres Landes sein. Lasst uns Gott um seinen Segen für unser Land bitten und für Erneuerung beten.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Owe! Tax day. Not my favorite, how about yours? But where would we be without government, order and laws. While we may not like how the system functions today, what if we had no system. Let's be redemptive in our living and obedient in our citizenship and ask God to bless our country and bring it revival.
Mein Gebet
Heiliger Gott, ich danke dir, dass ich in dir frei bin und niemandem und keiner Macht gehöre. Dennoch, weil ich will, dass dein Namen geehrt wird, gehorche ich gemäß deinem Willen den Gesetzten des Landes. Gleichzeitig, oh Herr, bete ich inbrünstig dafür, dass du unser Land heilst und unsere Herzen zu dir zurückziehst. Im Namen Jesu bete ich. Amen.
My Prayer...
Holy God, I thank you that I am free in you and belong to no one and no power. Yet because I want your name to be respected, I will obey the laws of this land according to your will. At the same time, O Lord, I fervently pray that you will heal our land and bring our hearts back to you. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
