La señal de que somos verdaderos hijos de Dios es la presencia del Espíritu Santo quien vive en nosotros. El Espíritu ayuda a crear el carácter de Dios en nuestras vidas diarias (Galatas 5:22). El Espíritu nos ayuda cuando oramos (Romanos 8:26-27). El Espíritu nos da el poder de vencer al pecado (Romanos 8:13) y nos da la fuerza de hacer lo que nunca pensaríamos posible (Efesios 3:14-21). El Espíritu nos da confort en nuestro estado quebrantado y hace que la presencia de Dios sea real en nuestras vidas (Juan 14:15-26). El Espíritu es la señal más auténtica de que somos los hijos de Dios (Romanos 8:9, 14-16). ¡Demos gracias a Dios por el bendito Espíritu Santo!
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Our sign of authenticity showing we are truly God's children is the Holy Spirit who lives in us. The Spirit helps bring forth the character of God in our lives (Galatians 5:22). The Spirit helps us when we pray (Romans 8:26-27). The Spirit empowers us to overcome sin (Romans 8:13) and gives us the strength to do things we would never imagine were possible (Ephesians 3:14-21). The Spirit comforts us in our brokenness and makes God's presence real in our lives (John 14:15-26). The Spirit is the truest sign that we are God's children (Romans 8:9; Romans 8:14-16). Thank God for the blessed Holy Spirit!

Padre, te alabo por tu santidad, majestad y poder. Te doy gracias por tu gracia llena de amor. Me ennoblece tu amor sacrificial que me ha salvado. Te doy gracias más que nada por tu Santo Espíritu, quien vive en mí, quien me consuela, quien me da fuerza, quien me limpia y quien te hace como mi Padre accesible y real a mí. ¡Gracias en el nombre de Jesús desde lo más profundo de mi corazón! Amen.
My Prayer...
Father, I praise you for your holiness, majesty, and power. I thank you for your loving grace. I am humbled by your sacrificial love that has saved me. But today, dear Father, I thank you most of all for your Holy Spirit, who lives in me, who empowers me, who cleanses me, who comforts me, and who makes your fatherhood accessible and real to me. Thank you, in the name of Jesus, from the bottom of my heart! Amen.
