Pensamientos sobre el Verso de Hoy
Dios le dijo a Salomon que el templo seria un lugar donde su pueblo podria entrar y estar seguros que sus oraciones serian escuchados si buscarian honestamente y humildamente a Dios. Esta promesa todovia es verdad hasta este mismo día, aunque el templo físico de Dios ya no existe, el espiritual si existe donde su pueblo se reune (ver I Corintios 3:16; Mateo 18:20) Que bendición grande y que don poderoso para nosotros hoy en día! Sabemos que donde cuando nos reunimos con otros creyentes, humillandonos en la presencia de Dios, que nos va a escuchar. En vez de esperar a algun gran esfuerzo mundial y grandioso, porque no reunirnos con los demás y orar a Dios?
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
God told Solomon that the Temple would be a place his people could come and be assured that their prayers would be heard if they honestly and humbly would seek God. This promise is true still, to this very day, for while God's physical Temple isn't standing, his spiritual one is found in the gathering of his people (1 Corinthians 3:16; Matthew 18:20). What a great blessing and what a powerful gift for us today! We know that when we gather with believers and humble ourselves before God and seek his presence he will hear us. Rather than wait for a grandiose, world-wide effort to start, why not get together regularly with others who will join us in this prayer effort?

Amado Padre, busco a tu presencia ahora. Perdoname por mis pecados. Utilíceme para ser una buena influencia. Más que nada, Padre, traiga un avivamiento y sanamiento en nuestro tiempo, entre nuestra gente y en nuestra tierra. Desesperadamente nos hace falta que nos guia, bendiga en nuestro gobierno y entre nuestra gente. En el nombre de Jesús, oro, Amén.
My Prayer...
Loving Father, earnestly I seek your presence now. Please forgive me for my sin. Please use me to be an influence for good in my time. Most of all, Father, please move to bring revival and healing to our time, our people, and our land. We desperately need your guidance, blessing, and character in our government and among our people. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
