En Cristo tenemos tantas libertades— Somos libres de las leyes, del pecado, de la muerte, etc. Pero una de las mayores libertades que tenemos es poder acercarnos al creador del universo, el Dios de todo tiempo y creación y hablarle abierta y confiadamente. Increíble, nosotros los mortales podemos entrar al mundo de Dios con nuestros problemas y tener la certeza de que nos escucha y se preocupa por nosotros.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
In Christ, we are given many freedoms — freedom from law, sin, death, hell, fear, and so much more. And one of our greatest freedoms is God's invitation to come before him — the Creator of the universe, the only true and living God — and speak openly, confidently, and boldly with our Father in heaven through Jesus Christ our Lord. Incredibly, we mortals can enter the presence of our eternal God and present our problems, praises, and requests, confident that he hears and cares about our concerns and is blessed by our praise and thanksgiving!

Dios Sagrado y Todopoderoso, se que sin tu gracia y cuidado los pedidos que te doy serían ignorados. Pero los digo confiado porque se que soy tu hijo y sé que lo que te pido te importa. Gracias por escuchar mis oraciones cada día, gracias por preocuparte de lo que me aflige, gracias por ser paciente con mi impaciencia y cariñoso con mi frustración. Sobre todo, Padre, gracias por la libertad para hacer lo que no tengo derecho de hacer: Invadir tu mundo con mis preocupaciones y ser bienvenido por ti. En el nombre de Jesús. Amen.
My Prayer...
Almighty and most holy God, I know my prayers would go unnoticed without your gracious, attentive concern for my requests. Nevertheless, I am confident I am your beloved child. I know my requests matter to you. I am excited that my praise and thanksgiving bring you delight. Thank you for hearing my prayers each day. Thank you for your attentiveness to my concerns. Thank you for being patient with my immaturity and tender with my frustrations. Most of all, Father, thank you for the freedom to do what I have no right or power to do — to enter your world with my concerns and be welcomed by you just as I am. I pray in the name of Jesus, my Intercessor and Savior. Amen.
