Pensamientos sobre el Verso de Hoy
No sé dónde vives, pero aquí donde vivo yo ha estado muy caluroso. Cualquier cosa fresca suena maravilloso. Si alguna vez has trabajado en una cosecha y has sentido el polvo, el sudor, y fragmentos de plantas bajo tu camiseta, sabes lo refrescante que es un vaso de agua fresca para tu garganta seca, y una ducha fresca para tu cuerpo sudado. Pero Dios dice que cuando somos mensajeros fieles los unos con los otros, y para con Dios, es aún mejor refrigerio que una bebida fresca en un día caluroso. Entonces ¿cómo te ha estado yendo con el mensaje del Maestro últimamente? ¿Has compartido su amor? ¿Has hablado de su gracia? ¿Has demostrado su amabilidad? Ocupémonos refrescando a Dios bendiciendo a otros con su Evangelio.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
I'm not sure where you are located, but it's been blistering hot where I am. Anything cool and refreshing sounds incredibly wonderful. If you've ever worked a harvest and gotten the dust, plant fragments, and sweat up under your shirt, you know how refreshing a cool glass of water is to your parched throat and a cold shower is for your sticky body. But God says that when we are trustworthy messengers for each other and for him, it is even better refreshment than a cool drink on a hot, tiring day. So how have you been doing with the Master's message lately? How committed are you to sharing his love, telling others of his grace, or demonstrating his kindness? Let's get busy being the coolness of snow at harvest time for our Lord and Master by blessing others with the good news of his love and grace!

Perdóname Padre Celestial cuando no soy fiel con tu mensaje, o cuando me avergüenzo de mostrar mi lealtad a ti y tu Evangelio. Dame sabiduría para demostrar y comunicar tu amor, misericordia, gracia, y carácter a quienes me rodean. Que mis palabras y mis acciones el día de hoy traigan renovación y gloria. En el nombre de Jesús. Amén.

Forgive me, heavenly Father, when I am untrustworthy with your message, ashamed of showing my allegiance to you, or not excited about sharing your good news. Give me the courage and wisdom to demonstrate and proclaim your love, mercy, grace, and character to those around me. May my words and actions today bring you refreshment and glory! In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
