Solo hay un Dios verdadero. Todos los demás son falsos, pretensores al trono del Justo. Tal como los atenienses de Hechos 17, nuestro mundo coloca ídolo tras ídolo en el lugar reservado solo para Dios. Nosotros, sin embargo, podemos ser distintos. Podemos vivir como ejemplos radiantes del Dios de justicia, misericordia y gracia. Podemos reflejar a su santidad, compartir su esperanza para los perdidos y hacer una diferencia en el mundo. ¡Si es así, manos a la obra!
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Jeremiah is speaking the words of God to Israel and reminds them that there is only one true God, the Lord. All others are false gods, mere pretenders to the throne of the Righteous One, the eternal King. Yet, like the Athenians in Acts 17, our world continues to place idol after idol in the place that should be reserved for God alone. But we can be different. We must be different! We can live as radiant examples of the God of justice, righteousness, mercy, and grace. We can reflect his holiness into our world, share his hope for the lost and hurting, and make a redemptive impact for good in the places we go and the people we meet. So, let's get started doing it TODAY!

Dios Altísimo y mi Abba Padre, gracias tanto por el regalo increíble de tu gracia y el propósito redentor que has colocado en mi vida. Sé que me puedes utilizar para hacer tu obra en tu mundo para tu gloria. En el nombre de Jesús lo pido, Amen.
