Pensamientos sobre el Verso de Hoy
Espera un momento… tengo unos días feos. Las cosas no siempre salen bien. Algunos de mis amigos me han abandonado en los momentos más difíciles. ¿Cómo puedo estar siempre gozoso? "Es sencillo, hijo mío", el Padre me dice. "Primero, el gozo no es estar siempre alegre, es tener la consciencia de estar en la gracia de Dios. Segundo, no importa donde estés, por feas que sean las circunstancias, tu vida va rumbo a la gloria — mi gloria". Esta increíble verdad hace que todo lo demás se vean planas e insignificantes.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Now wait just a minute. I have some pretty sorry days! Things don't always go well for me! Some of my friends have abandoned and betrayed me in my worst moments. How can I be joyful, ALWAYS? The Father reminds me:
"It's simple, my child. Please understand that joy is more than always feeling happy. Instead, joy is a deep abiding sense of my grace in your life as you live for my purposes. No matter where you are and no matter how hopeless things may seem now, your life is bound for glory — my glory!"
In the light of God's incredible truth for us, all other things seem bland, out of touch, and insignificant — even those hard times and painful moments. We can rejoice always because we are God's... ALWAYS!

Oh Señor, hazme ver tu gloria y tu victoria. Fortalece mi fe para confiar en la verdad de tu conquista del infierno. Lléname con tu Espíritu, produciendo fruto en mi vida. Llena mi boca con alabanza por todo lo que has hecho por mí. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
My Prayer...
O Lord, please give me a clearer sense of your glory and victory. Please empower my faith to trust the truth of your conquest over sin, satan, death, and hell. Please fill me with your Spirit and bring forth your fruit in my life, especially joy. Please fill my mouth with joyful praise for all that you have done for me and promised to me. In Jesus' name, I joyfully thank you and pray. Amen.
