اندیشه ها در مورد آیه امروز...
هنگامیکه کسی سعی میکند تا جاروی خشکی را که آتش گرفته با پایکوبی خاموش سازد، اَخگَرها(شعله ها) به سوی بالا میپرند و حرکت شان بوسیله باد کنترل میشود، بطوریکه شعله ها بطور گسترده ای تا دور دست پراکنده میشوند. همانطور که شیطان سعی کرد تا با استفاده از جفا، کلیسای اولیه را دلسرد سازد، گرچه همان شهادتها و جفاها، این مسیحیان را از خانه و کاشانه شان دور کرد، اما خدا از آنها برای انتشار پیام نجات به هر جا که میرفتند، استفاده میکرد. هر ایماندار به مثابه شعله آتشی بود که سوار بر نسیم الهی و قدرتمند روح القدس بود.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
When someone tries to stomp out the flame of dry broom weed, the sparks fly upward and ride upon the wind, spreading the sparks and igniting wildfires far and wide. Satan tried to use persecution and martyrdom to discourage the early church. As the evil one drove these Christians from their homes, they continued to share Jesus without fear wherever they went. God used their boldness to spread the message of Jesus far and wide like wildfire. Each believer was a spark driven by the Divine Wind — God's empowering Spirit — to do what Jesus had commanded: to be his "witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth" (Acts 1:8).
دعای من
ای خدای عظیم که پر از فیض و رحمت هستی، به من اشتیاقی مقدس بده تا عشق تو و قدرتت را علیرغم تمام موقعیتها،با آنانیکه به هر طریقی آشنا میشوم، در میان بگذارم. به من حکمت دیدن و شهامت عمل کردن در فرصت هایی را بده تا عیسی را در زندگیم با این افراد، درمیان بگذارم. در نام خداوند عیسی دعا میکنم. آمین.
My Prayer...
O great God of mercy and grace, please give me a holy passion to share your love and power with all I meet, no matter what circumstances led them into my acquaintance. Give me the wisdom to see and the courage to act on the opportunities to share Jesus with those you bring into my life. I pray all this in the name of the Lord Jesus, and for his glory and gospel. Amen.
