همانطور که ما برکات خود را بررسی می نماییم و از خدا برای فیض عالی اش تشکر مینماییم، بیایید از خود بپرسیم که چرا خدا ما را به فراوانی برکت داده است. بیایید بیاد آوریم این اصل بنیادی و روحانی را که خدا در این بخش از کتاب مقدس و نیز در دعوتش از ابراهیم در پیدایش ۲:۱۲ روشن نموده است: قوم خدا برکت یافته اند تا برکت باشند. پس مطمئن شویم که تنها گیرندگان برکات الهی نباشیم، بلکه متعهد شده که آن برکات را به سایرین نیز منتقل نماییم.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
As we examine our blessings and thank God for his wonderful grace, let's ask why God has blessed us so much. Let's also remember the primary spiritual principle God made clear in today's Scripture and his call to Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3). God blesses his people so that they will be a blessing to others. Let's make sure we are not merely recipients of God's blessings; let's be conduits of those blessings to others so that they can join us in our praise and thanksgiving for our wonderful and generous Father in heaven.
دعای من
ای پدر فیاض، برای برکات فراوان تو در زندگیم از تو سپاسگزارم. چشمانم را بگشا تا ببینم چگونه میتوانم آن برکات را به اطرافیان نیازمندم منتقل نمایم. در کنار قسمت نمودن اینهمه برکت، باشد که دیگران بزرگترین برکت را بیابند—- یعنی فیض عاشقانه ات را—- و تشکرات خویش را به تو تقدیم نمایند! در نام عیسی دعا میکنم. آمین.
My Prayer...
Thank you, generous Father, for lavishly blessing me with so many blessings. Please open my eyes to see how I can pass on those gifts to those around me — especially those who most need them. As I share the blessings you have so lovingly given me, may others find their greatest blessing of all — your loving grace — and may they give thanks to you in Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
