Pensées sur le Verset du Jour...
Quand tout est dit et fait, il n'y a vraiment pas grand-chose en qui nous pouvons avoir confiance. La plupart d'entre nous ont été blessés à un moment ou à un autre par un ami qui a trahi notre confiance. L'économie mondiale est volatile et les choses peuvent tourner au vinaigre en quelques jours seulement. Le temps change et change d'heure en heure. Mais dans notre monde de changement, dans notre chagrin et notre déception, il y a une constante. Nous pouvons faire confiance à Dieu. Nous n'avons pas à craindre le changement. Il est notre ancre qui tient dans les tempêtes les plus fortes. Il est notre force dans nos pires batailles. Sa parole et ses promesses parlent de bonnes choses pour nous. Nous n'avons pas à avoir peur, nous pouvons lui faire confiance.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
When all is said and done, there really isn't a whole lot we can trust. Most of us have been hurt at one time or another by a friend who has betrayed our trust. The world economy is volatile and things can turn sour in just a few days. The weather shifts and changes by the hour. But in our world of change, in our heartbreak and disappointment, there is one constant. We can trust God. We don't have to fear change. He is our anchor that holds in the strongest storms. He is our strength in our worst battles. His word and his promises speak of good things for us. We don't have to be afraid, we can trust in him.
Ma Prière...
Père Tout-Puissant, mon libérateur et ma force, avec ton aide et ta présence, je ne crains pas les jours à venir. Je te loue pour avoir soutenu ton peuple Israël à travers l'histoire. Je te loue pour avoir préservé ta Parole, les Écritures, à travers les persécutions et les purges. Je te loue et n'aurai pas peur car ma vie et mon avenir sont entre tes mains. Au nom de Jésus, mon Seigneur, je prie. Amen.
My Prayer...
Almighty Father, my Deliverer and Strength, with your help and presence I will not fear the days ahead. I praise you for sustaining your people Israel through history. I praise you for preserving your Word, the Scriptures, through persecutions and purges. I praise you and will not be afraid because my life and my future are in your hands. In the name of Jesus, my Lord, I pray. Amen.
