Nous voulons tout maintenant ! Nous ne voulons rien attendre. Mais Dieu a un principe absolument vital : on ne nous confiera beaucoup qu'après avoir été fidèle avec peu. Ne négligeons donc pas ces choix moraux concernant des « affaires mineures et sans importance ». La façon dont nous les gérons révèle qui nous sommes et aide à déterminer ce que nous devenons.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
We want it all now! We don't want to have to wait for anything. But God has a principle that is absolutely vital: we will be entrusted with much only after we have been faithful with a little. So let's not discount those moral choices about "small and inconsequential matters." How we handle these reveals who we are and helps determines what we become.
Ma Prière...
Père Saint et Juste, s'il te plaît, donne-moi la sagesse de discerner le chemin de la fidélité et de la justice dans toutes mes transactions. Je veux être fidèle dans les petites choses afin de pouvoir aussi me voir confier les plus grandes choses qui comptent pour le Royaume. S'il te plaît, purifie mon cœur et utilise mes dons et mes actions pour t'apporter la gloire. Au nom de Jesus. Amen.

Holy and Righteous Father, please give me wisdom to discern the way of faithfulness and righteousness in all my dealings. I want to be faithful in the small things so that I can also be entrusted with those larger things that matter to the Kingdom. Please purify my heart and use my gifts and actions to bring you glory.
