Pensées sur le Verset du Jour...
Sans la présence du Saint-Esprit en nous, nous ne sommes pas enfants de Dieu (Romains 8:9). Sans l'Esprit, le pouvoir purificateur du sacrifice de Jésus ne serait pas pleinement mis en œuvre en nous (1 Corinthiens 10:10-11 ; Tite 3:3-7). Sans l'Esprit, nous ne pouvons pas adorer Dieu de la manière dont il souhaite être adoré, car Dieu est Esprit. Notre adoration doit être "d'esprit avec Esprit à l'Esprit" — notre esprit uni au Saint Esprit louant Dieu par la puissance du Saint-Esprit (Actes 13:1-3) — et doit être faite d'une manière qui plaise à Dieu selon sa volonté.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Without the Holy Spirit living in us, we are not children of God (Romans 8:9). Without the Spirit, the cleansing power of Jesus' sacrifice would not be fully implemented in us (1 Corinthians 10:10-11; Titus 3:3-7). Without the Spirit, we cannot worship God in the ways he wants to be worshiped because God is Spirit. Our worship must be "spirit with Spirit to Spirit" — our spirit joined with the Holy Spirit praising God by the power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 13:1-3) — and done in a way that pleases God according to his will.
Ma Prière...
Dieu Saint et Tout-Puissant, je veux être un de tes vrais adorateurs. Je désire t'adorer "d'esprit avec Esprit à Esprit". Je veux t'honorer en t'adorant selon ta volonté. Je veux te glorifier et te célébrer de toute ma vie et de toute ma louange. Au nom de Jésus, ô Dieu, je te remercie. Amen.
My Prayer...
Holy and Almighty God, I want to be one of your true worshipers. I want to worship you "spirit with Spirit to Spirit." I want to honor you by worshiping you according to your will. I want to honor and celebrate you with all my life and praise. In Jesus' name, O God, I thank you. Amen.
