Si nous avons été purifiés de la perversité, si nous sommes morts avec Christ lors du baptême et avons été complètement purifiés par le Saint-Esprit, alors vivons pour Dieu ! Résistons au péché et à notre inclination au péché, de toutes nos forces, sachant qu'en le faisant, le Saint-Esprit nous habilitera à une justice beaucoup plus grande que nous ne pourrions jamais vivre par nous-mêmes. Commençons chaque jour par une décision consciente d'être mort à notre passé de péché et vivant au but du caractère saint de Dieu !
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
If we have been cleansed from perversity, if we have died with Christ in baptism and have been cleansed thoroughly and completely by the Holy Spirit, then let's live for God! Let's resist sin, and our inclination to sin, with all our might, knowing that as we do, the Holy Spirit will empower us to a much greater righteousness than we could ever live on our own. Let's begin each day with a conscious decision to be dead to our sinful past and alive to the goal of the holy character of God!

Père aimant et Juste, Dieu tout-puissant, aide mon cœur à rester fermement attaché à ta volonté et plus pleinement conforme à ton caractère saint et à ta grâce. Au nom de Jésus, mon Sauveur et mon Seigneur. Amen.
