오늘의 묵상
"말은 쉽죠!" "말씀은 얼마든 하실 수 있겠지만, 저는 삶으로 보여드리지요" "입에서 나오는 것과 같은 삶을 보여주세요" 우리의 구호는 이것입니다; 진실함으로 사랑합시다. 이 세상에서는 희생적이고 변함없는 사랑이, 선물을 주고받는 것으로 대체되어 버렸지만 이제 우리는 본성을 거슬러서 우리의 말과 행동을 통해 진실함으로 사랑합시다.

"Talk is cheap!"
"You can tell me with your words, but I want to see it in your life."
"Put your life where your mouth is."
We know the slogans; now let's love in truth. In a world where barter has replaced sacrificial and steadfast love, let's go against the grain and truly love with our words and actions.
내 기도
희생하시는 아버지, 때때로 제가 이기적일 때가 있음을 고백합니다. 다른 때에는 제 의도는 좋지만 끝까지 추구하지 못하며 충실하지 못합니다. 아버지의 영으로 저를 힘주시고 능력주셔서 아버지께 영광을 돌리려는 소망을 이루어주시옵소서. 오늘 진심어린 배려가 깃든 제 행동들에서 아버지의 사랑이 보여지게 하시옵소서. 예수님 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
My Prayer...
Sacrificial Father, I confess to you that at times I am selfish. Other times my intentions are good but my follow through and faithfulness are lacking. Use your Spirit to empower and enable me to be what I hope to become to your glory. May your love be seen in my actions of genuine concern today. I pray this in Jesus name. Amen.
