오늘의 묵상
당신은 오늘 무엇을 입고 계십니까? 저는 당신이 그리스도로 옷 입었기를 희망합니다. 당신이 어떠한 디자이너의 옷을 입고 있든지, 천국의 기준에선 그저 유행에 뒤쳐진 옷일 뿐입니다. 당신은 믿음으로 당신의 구원자이신 예수님께 당신의 삶을 내어드림으로 인하여 그리스도로 옷 입게 될 수 있습니다. 예수님은 하나님의 아들이시고 당신을 위해서 돌아가셨음을 믿으세요. 그리고 당신에게 생명을 주시기 위하여 죽음에서 부활하심을 신뢰하세요. 또한 그리스도를 당신의 주님 그리고 당신을 구원해주실 구원자임을 믿고 고백하세요. 그의 죽으심, 묻히심과 부활하심에 세례를 통하여 동참하세요. 예수님께서는 당신 안에 거할 그의 영을 보내주실 것과 당신의 모든 죄를 용서해주실 것을 약속하십니다. 당신은 하나님의 자녀가 될 것이며, 천국에서는 당신을 기다리고 있는 집이 있을 것입니다. 그리스도인인 우리들에게는, 이러한 것들이 하나님께서 우리를 위해서 해주신 것들과 우리에게 원하시는 것들을 상기 시켜 주는 것 들입니다. 만일 당신이 그리스도인이 아니라면, 세상이 차갑고 외로운 곳일 필요가 전혀 없습니다. 당신이 주님께 응답한다면 주 예수님께서는 당신이 어딜 가든 항상 함께 하실 수 있기 때문입니다.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
What are you wearing today? I hope you are clothed with Christ. Anything else is simply out of style by heaven's standards, no matter whose designer fashions you may be wearing. You can be clothed with Christ by surrendering your life to Jesus as your Savior through faith (Romans 13:14), believing that he is God's Son who died for you, and trusting in God's power that raised him from death to give you life (1 Corinthians 15:1-7; Colossians 2:12; 3:1-4). Confess Christ as your Lord and Savior, trust him for your salvation (Romans 10:9-13) as you share with him in his death, burial, and resurrection through baptism (Romans 6:3-14; Acts 22:16). He promises to send his Spirit to live inside you and to forgive you all of your sins as he gives you new birth into his family (Titus 3:3-7). You will be God's child and have a home waiting for you in heaven. For those of us who are Christians, these thoughts are a reminder of what God has done for us. If you are not a follower of Christ, the world doesn't have to be a cold and lonely place; the Lord Jesus can be with you everywhere you go if you respond to him in faith.

아버지 제가 당신의 자녀가 될 수 있는 길을 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다. 그리고 주님의 의로우심으로 저를 옷 입혀 주셔서 감사합니다. 또한 당신을 저의 아버지, 그리고 예수님을 형제로 부를 수 있도록 해주신 것도 감사합니다. 이 모든 것을 아버지께 감사드리며 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘
My Prayer...
Father, thank you for providing a way for me to become your child. Thank you for clothing me in Jesus' righteousness. Thank you for making it possible for me to call you Father and to have Jesus as my older brother. Thank you, dear Father, for Jesus, in whose name I pray. Amen.
