오늘의 묵상
하나님은 우리와 함께 계십니다! 이것이 바로 예수님 이야기의 위대한 메시지입니다 (마 1:23) 하나님의 백성들, 패배한 백성들에게 스바냐가 전해주는 메시지가 바로 그것입니다. 하나님은 우리 가운데에 계십니다. 하나님은 구원하실 능력이 있는 분이십니다. 사랑의 만지심으로 우리 마음 속 폭풍우를 잠잠케 하시는 분이십니다. 기쁨의 자장가를 우리에게 불러주십니다. 하나님은 우리 가까이에 계시기를 원하시고 이리 가까이 오라고 초청하십니다. 당신은 이에 대해 어떻게 응답하시겠습니까?
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
God is with us! That's the great message of the story of Jesus (Matthew 1:23). That's the message of hope Zephaniah gives the defeated people of God. God is among us. He is mighty to save. He loves us. He delights in us. He stills the storms of our hearts with his loving touch. He sings us lullabies of joy. God longs to be close to us and invites us to draw near. What will your response be?
내 기도
아버지, 악한 것에서 떠나 아버지 곁에 거하려는 제 굳은 결심을 강하게 해주십시오. 아버지와의 관계를 흉내내는 어떤 모조품도 원하지 않습니다. 아버지를 본딴 인공적인 상징도 원하지 않습니다. 저는 아버지를 알고 싶습니다. 아버지의 임재를 경험하고 다른 이들의 삶에서 은혜의 도구가 되고 싶습니다. 불안정한 제 마음을 다스리기 위해 아버지의 임재가 필요합니다. 가까이 계셔서 감사합니다. 예수님 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
My Prayer...
Father, strengthen my resolve as I turn away from evil and seek to draw near to you. I don't want any imitation relationship with you. I don't want some artificial symbol of you. I want to know you. I want to experience your presence and to be used as your tool of grace in the lives of others. I need your presence to settle the disquietude of my soul. Thank you for being near. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
