오늘의 묵상
하나님께서는 때때로 멀리 계신 것 같기도 하고 우리에게 귀 기울이지 않는 것처럼 느껴지기도 합니다. 하나님의 약속하신 구원자를 기다리면서 기도하던 이스라엘 백성들이 수백년간 노예처럼 살았던 것을 생각해 보시기 바랍니다. "하나님께서 듣지 않으시나?"라고 분명 그 백성들이 의심했을 것입니다. 하지만 적절한 시기가 되었을 때, 하나님께서는 그의 독생자를 보내셔서 구원을 베풀어 주셨습니다. 하나님께서는 "실제로는 아닌데 모든 일들이 잘 풀리는 척 하라"고 요구하지 않으십니다. 하나님께서는 구원과 도우심을 바라는 외침으로 시편을 채우셨습니다. 그런 말들이 여러분 자신의 말이라는 것을 발견할 수도 있을 것입니다. 그렇다면, 오늘의 말씀 묵상을 보는 수천명의 사람들이 하나님의 즉각적이고 능력있는 구원이 당신에게 임하기를 기도하고 있다는 것을 깨달으셨으면 합니다.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
God sometimes does seem distant, as if he is not listening to us. Think of the hundreds of years Israel was in bondage, praying for God's promised Deliverer. "Isn't God listening?" they repeatedly wondered. "Why have you abandoned us, O, God?" they asked in agony. Yet, at the right time, God sent his Son and brought lasting deliverance (Galatians 4:4). Thankfully, God doesn't ask us to pretend that everything is okay when it isn't. He filled the Psalms with cries for deliverance and help. You may find yourself in a position where the words of today's verses are yours. Please know that thousands of our readers are praying today for God's immediate and mighty deliverance with you:
O Lord, ... be not silent. Do not be far from me, O Lord. Awake, and rise to my defense! Contend for me, my God and Lord.
내 기도
전능하신 하나님, 주님의 이름이 천사들이 거하는 하늘에서 그렇듯이 이 땅에서도 존경받기를 원합니다. 이 시대에 주님 나라의 능력과 힘을 나타내시옵소서. 주님의 교회와 주님의 자녀들을 사악한 자의 손에서 구원하시옵소서. 영적이거나 가족, 건강, 재정의 문제를 가진 이들이 주님의 도우심을 애타게 구할 때에 그 자녀들을 구하여 주시옵소서. 우리들의 삶을 주님의 영광을 위해 지금부터 영원토록 살아가게 되기를 원합니다. 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
My Prayer...
Almighty God, may your name be revered in all the earth just as it is among the angels of heaven. Show the power and might of your Kingdom in our day. Deliver your Church and your children from the hands of the evil one. Please bring deliverance to your children who are crying for your help with spiritual, family, health, or financial problems they are having. May our lives be lived to your glory, now and forever. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
