오늘의 묵상
우리들은 하나의 목적을 위해 선택된 이들입니다. 죄의 어두움에서 꺼냄을 받고 구원의 위대한 빛을 받아서 다른 이들을 도울 수 있게 된 것입니다. 여러분도 아시겠지만, 우리들은 축복하기 위해 복을 받았으며, 다른 이들 앞에서 빛나기 위해 빛을 받았습니다. 하지만 그 무엇보다도 우리들이 부름 받은 이유는, 오직 한분이시며 참되시며 전혀 변하지 않는 빛이신 전능하신 하나님께로 다른 이들을 이끌기 위함입니다!
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
We are chosen as a people with a purpose and for a mission. We are brought out of the darkness of sin and given the marvelous light of salvation to help others find his wonderful light of salvation. You see, we are blessed to be a blessing and given light to shine to help others find their way out of their darkness. We are called to point others to the one, true, never-interrupted Light — the Almighty God as Father, Son, and Spirit!

가장 거룩하시며 사랑이신 아버지 하나님, 제게 아버지의 빛을 주셨기에 제 마음 속에서 어두움을 몰아낼 수 있음을 감사드립니다. 아버지의 특별한 백성의 일부—제사장, 거룩한 나라의 백성, 하나님의 소유된 아이—가 된다는 것에 대한 깊고 거룩한 경외감을 제 마음 속에 일으켜 주시옵소서. 저를 구하시려는 아버지의 은혜는 영광스러운 목적을 위해 저를 사용하시겠다는 아버지의 갈망 안에서 더욱 드러나게 됩니다. 아버지께서 저를 구하셨으니 감사드립니다. 나의 구원자이신 예수님의 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
My Prayer...
Most holy and loving Father, thank you for giving me your light to push darkness out of my heart and life. Stir in me a profound and holy awe at being made part of your special people — a priest, a part of your holy nation, a child belonging to you. Your grace to save me is further demonstrated in your desire to use me for your glorious purposes to bless others. Thank you for your salvation. In the name of my Savior, Jesus, I pray. Amen.
