Pensamento:
Ao me aproximar a Deus com reverência e temor porque ele é o Deus santo e majestoso, não temo estar na presença dele. Por causa de Jesus e o Espírito Santo, sei que Deus é meu Aba Pai. Ele anseia que eu me achegue a ele. Ele me mostrou seu coração enviando Jesus. Mostrou-me seu amor fazendo Jesus morrer por mim. Se ele me ama tanto, então posso confiar que o seu desejo é me salvar e abençoar. Não devo temer a sua presença ou seu julgamento. Como seu filho, seu amor aboliu o medo do meu coração e o substituiu com amor da sua constante presença, o Espírito Santo.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
While I approach God with reverence and awe because he is the holy and majestic God, I don't have to fear his presence. Because of Jesus and the Holy Spirit, I know God is my Abba Father. He longs for me to draw near him. He has shown me his heart by sending Jesus. He has shown me his love by having Jesus die for me. If he loves me that much, then I can trust that his desire is to save and bless me. I don't have to fear his presence or his judgment. As his child, his love has driven fear from my heart and replaced it with love from his abiding presence, the Holy Spirit.

Santo e Justo Pai, agradeço-lhe por seu amor demonstrado para mim através de Jesus. Agradeço-lhe por providenciar o supremo sacrifício para meus pecados e por ter me adotado à sua família. Pai, por favor, lance todo o temor do meu coração e ajude-me a andar confiantemente com o Senhor e para o Senhor, com caráter e propósito. No nome de Jesus eu oro. My Prayer...
Holy and Righteous Father, I thank you for your overwhelming love demonstrated to me in Jesus. I thank you for providing the atoning sacrifice for my sins and for adopting me into your family. Father, please cast all fear from my heart and help me walk confidently with you and for you, with character and purpose. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
