இந்தநாளுக்குரிய வேதவார்த்தையின் கருப்பொருள்
சில காரியங்கள் மிகவும் எளிமையானவை. நாம் தேவனை நேசிக்க முடியாது, ஒருவருக்கொருவர் நேசிக்க மறுக்க முடியாது. இதை புரிந்துகொள்வது கடினமான காரியமல்ல. மறுபுறம், கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் உள்ள சகோதர சகோதரிகள் மற்றும் நம் உறவினர்களில் சிலர் சிக்கல் நிறைந்தவராக இருப்பதினால், அவர்களை நேசிப்பது மிகவும் கடினம். ஆனால், கிறிஸ்து நமக்காக மரித்தபோது நாம் யார் என்பதை நாம் நினைவில் கொள்ள வேண்டும் - பெலனற்றவர்கள் , தேவனை அறியாதவர்கள் , பாவிகள், துரோகிகளாய் இருந்தோம் (ரோமர் 5:6-11) - ஆனாலும் தேவன் நம்மை நேசித்தார், நம்மை இரட்சிக்க இயேசுவை அனுப்பினார். ஆகவே, சக கிறிஸ்தவர்களை பற்றி நாம் புலம்புவதற்கு முன்பு, நாம் பாவிகளாக இருந்தபோது தேவன் நம்மை நேசித்ததற்காக நன்றி செலுத்துவது நல்லது. அப்படியானால், நாம் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் அதிக அன்பாக இருப்பதன் மூலம் தேவன் நம்மீது வைத்த கிருபைக்காக நன்றி சொல்ல வேண்டும்.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Some things are very simple. We can't love God and refuse to love each other. This is not hard to understand. On the other hand, some of our "kinfolks" in the Lord and in our families are just downright hard to love because they can be so difficult. But, we need to remember who we were when Christ died for us —powerless, ungodly, sinners, and enemiesof God (Romans 5:6-11). Yet God loved us and sent Jesus to save us even when we weren't deserving. So before we whine about our "hard-to-live-with" fellow believers, we had better give thanks that God loved us when we were "hard-to-love" sinners. Then, we need to thank God for his grace by being more loving with each other.

சர்வவல்லமையுள்ள தேவனே , நீர் அடியேனை நேசித்ததைப் போல நானும் என் சக கிறிஸ்தவர்களை நேசிக்க எனக்கு பெலத்தையும், இரக்கத்தையும், தைரியத்தையும் தாரும் . இயேசுவின் நாமத்தினாலே ஜெபிக்கிறேன். ஆமென்.

Almighty God, please give me the strength, compassion, and courage to love my fellow Christians as you have loved me. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
