இந்தநாளுக்குரிய வேதவார்த்தையின் கருப்பொருள்
கிருஸ்தவரின் உரையாடலின் இலக்கு தெளிவாக சொல்வது மாத்திரம் இல்லை. அவைகளை அவர்கள் புரிந்து கொள்வதும் நம் நோக்கம் அல்ல. உண்மையுள்ளவர்களாக இருப்பது மட்டும் குறிக்கோள் அல்ல. மற்றவருடைய தேவைகள் இன்னது என்பதை அறிந்து அதன் அடிப்படையில் அவர்களுக்கு பொருத்தமானதாகவும், ஊக்குவிப்பதாகவும், கட்டியெழுப்புவிப்பதுமே நம்முடைய குறிக்கோளாய் இருக்கவேண்டும் .

The goal in Christian communication is not just clarity. The goal is not just to be understood. The goal is not just to be truthful. The goal is to be appropriate, encouraging, and building up others based on what the needs of the other person are.
என்னுடைய ஜெபம்
சாந்தமுள்ள மேய்ப்பரே, என் வார்த்தைகள் பரிசுத்தமாக இருக்கும்படியாய் , பரிசுத்தம் நிறைந்த இருதயத்தை எனக்குத் தாரும் . என் வார்த்தைகள் தயவாக இருக்கும்படி , அன்பான இருதயத்தைத் தாரும். மகிழ்ச்சியும், உற்சாகமும் நிறைந்த இருதயத்தை எனக்குத் தந்தருளும் , அதினால் நீர் அடியேனுடைய வாழ்க்கையின் பாதையில் கொண்டு வருபவர்களுடனும், இன்னுமாய் உரையாடலைப் பகிர்ந்துகொள்பவர்களுடனும் இந்த வார்த்தைகளை பகிர்ந்து கொள்வேன். இயேசுவின் நாமத்தினாலே நான் ஜெபிக்கிறேன். ஆமென்.
My Prayer...
Tender Shepherd, give me a heart that is pure so that my words may be pure. Give me a heart that is kind so that my words may be kind. Give me a heart that is full of joy and encouragement so that I may share these with those you bring to my path and with whom I share conversation. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
