இந்தநாளுக்குரிய வேதவார்த்தையின் கருப்பொருள்
உபத்திரவமோ, வியாகுலமோ, துன்பமோ, பசியோ, நிர்வாணமோ, நாசமோசமோ, பட்டயமோ? இவையெல்லாவற்றிலேயும் நாம் நம்மில் அன்புகூருகிறவராலே முற்றும் ஜெயங்கொள்ளுகிறவர்களாயிருக்கிறோமே. ? (ரோமர் 8:36,37) ஆம்! இதுவே கிறிஸ்து இயேசுவின் மூலமாகவும், நம்மில் வாசமாயிருக்கும் பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் மூலமாகவும் நமக்கு பிதாவின் சிறந்த வாக்குறுதியாகும் . கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள்ளாய் தேவனின் அன்பிலிருந்து எதுவும் நம்மைப் பிரிக்க முடியாது. சாத்தானும் அவனது வேலையாட்களும் நம் சரீரத்தைக் கொல்லலாம், நம் பொருளாதாரத்தை சிதைக்கலாம் , நமக்கு சரீரத்தில் பெலவீனங்களையும், வலியையும் உண்டாக்கலாம் , நம் உறவுகளை அழிக்க முற்படலாம். இருப்பினும், நாம் இயேசுவிடம் நம் இருதயங்களை ஒப்புவிக்கும்போது சாத்தான் அந்த இருதயத்தை பற்றிக்கொள்ள முடியாது. நம்முடைய இருதயமும், எதிர்காலமும் கர்த்தருக்குச் சொந்தமானவையாக இருக்கும்போது, மேலும் இயேசுவுடனான நம் நித்திய எதிர்காலத்தை சாத்தானால் ஒருபோதும் மாற்ற முடியாது (கொலோசெயர் 3:1-4). இயேசுவினுடைய காலியான கல்லறை, அவருடன் நம்முடைய எதிர்காலம் மகிமையுள்ளது , ஜெயமுள்ளது , நித்தியமானது என்று நமக்கு வாக்களிக்கிறது .
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Are we really conquerors despite "trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword"? (Romans 8:35) Yes! That is the Father's ultimate assurance to us through Christ Jesus and the indwelling Holy Spirit. Nothing can separate us from God's love in Christ. The Evil One and his allies can kill our bodies, ruin our finances, wrack our physical being with pain, and seek to destroy our relationships. However, the Evil One cannot have our hearts when they are surrendered to Jesus. And when our hearts belong to the Lord, so does our future, and Satan cannot change our ultimate future with Jesus (Colossians 3:1-4). The empty tomb of Jesus assures us that our future with him is glorious, victorious, and unending.

தேவனே , மரணத்தை இயேசு ஜெயமாக வென்றதை என் வெற்றியாக பார்க்கும்படியாகவும் அப்படியே அதை விசுவாசிக்கும்படியான இருதயத்தையும் எனக்குத் தாரும் ! வாழ்க்கையிலே உண்டாகும் கஷ்டங்களினால் என் நம்பிக்கை, விசுவாசம் மற்றும் அன்பு ஆகிய காரியங்களிலிருந்து பிசகிபோக விரும்பவில்லை. மாறாக, உமது வல்லமை, ஜெயம் , கிருபை ஆகியவற்றிற்கு அடியேன் ஜீவனுள்ள சாட்சியாக இருக்க விரும்புகிறேன். இயேசுவின் நல்ல நாமத்திலும் அவருடைய மகிமைக்காகவும் நான் ஜீவனம் பண்ணி ஜெபிக்கிறேன். ஆமென்.
My Prayer...
Give me eyes to see, O God, and a heart to believe that Jesus' victory over death is my victory, too! I don't want to be derailed from my hope, faith, and love by life's difficulties. Instead, I want to be a living testimony to your power, victory, and grace. In Jesus' name and for his glory, I live and pray. Amen.
