నేటి ప్రపంచంలో మరణం అంథిమముగా అసభ్యకరమైనది. మనము దాని గురించి ఆలోచించడానికి ఇష్టపడము, దాని గురించి మాట్లాడటం చాలా తక్కువ. ఏదేమైనా, మరణం అనేది మనల్ని ఒంటరిగా వదలని ఒక వాస్తవికత.స్నేహితులు మరియు కుటుంబ సభ్యులను మరణములో కోల్పోతాము. మన జీవితంలో ఒకానొక సమయంలో, యేసు మన మరణాని కంటే ముందు రాకపోతే మనం కూడా ఈ అనివార్యతను ఎదుర్కొంటాము. కాబట్టి మనం తప్పించుకోలేని వాటిని ఎదుర్కొంటున్నప్పుడు మన నిరీక్షణ ఏమిటి? మన కాపరియే ! మన ప్రయాణంలో మార్గదర్శకత్వం మరియు రక్షణ మరియు ఓదార్పు ద్వారా అతను మనల్ని నడిపిస్తాడు. మరియు క్రైస్తవులుగా, ఈ వాగ్దానం మరింత తీవ్రమైంది ఎందుకంటే యేసు మన మంచి కాపరిగా మనకు తెలుసు, మరియు మరణం లోయలో మన నడక మరణంతో ముగియదు, కానీ మహిమతో ముగుస్తుంది అని భరోసా ఇవ్వడానికి ఆయన మన ముందు నడిచారు.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Death is the ultimate profanity in today's world. We don't like to think about it, much less talk about it. However, death is that one reality that will not leave us alone. We lose friends and family members to death. At one point in our lives, we too, will face this inevitability unless Jesus comes before our passing. So what is our assurance as we face the inescapable? Our Sheperd! He will walk us through, guiding and protecting and comforting us in our journey. And as Christians, this promise is only intensified because we know Jesus as our Good Shepherd, and he has taken the walk ahead of us to assure us that our walk through death's valley doesn't end in death, but in glory.

My Prayer...
Dear Heavenly Father, my Shepherd and Savior, thank you that I do not have to face death alone. I look for your guidance and listen for your voice to lead me through death's dark valley and bring me to your holy and glorious presence in victory and with joy. In Jesus' name I confidently pray. Amen.
