آج کی آیت پر خیالات
جو لوگ خُدا کی مرضی اور خوف میں چلنے کے متلاشی ہوتے ہیں تاکہ خُدا کی رحمت، برکت اور قُدرت والا ہاتھ اؔن کے خاندانوں پر نسل در نسل بڑھا رہے۔ وہ مسیح میں یہ اُمید رکھتے ہیں کہ اُن کے بچے اور پوتے اچھے الفاظ اور خیالات سے اُن کو یاد کریں کہ ہمارے باپ دادا نے راست باز زندگی بسر کی اور اپنے پورے دِل سے خُدا سے مُحبت رکھی۔ کبھی ایسی بدکار زِندگی پسند نہ کی جِس کی وجہ سے اُن کی یاد اِس دُنیا سے مِٹ جائے اور اُن کی نسلوں کو خُدا برباد کرے۔ لیکن شِریر خود بھی مِٹ جاتے اور نسلیں بھی برباد کرلیتے ہیں۔
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Sometimes the wisdom of God is short, succinct, and sweet for those who seek to do his will. I want my children and grandchildren to remember me with sweet thoughts because their dad, and granddad, sought to be righteous and love the Lord with all his heart. I refuse to live the kind of life that poisons the lives of those I touch and leaves rot in the heritage of my descendants.
میری دعا
اے زندہ جلالی باپ، میں چاہتا ہوں کہ میرا کردار میرے بچوں اور اُن کے بچوں کے بچوں کیلئے باعثِ برکت ہو۔ مہربان باپ میرے سارے بول چال، اُٹھنے بیٹھنے میں مجھے حِکمت، دانائی،فہم وفراست،دِیانت،وقار، پاگیزگی اور وفاداری عطا فرما۔ تاکہ میرے بعد میرے مِلنے جُلنےوالوں، مسیحی خاندانوں اور کلیسیاء میں میری یاد ایک راست باز اور خُدا پرست شخص کی ہو۔ یسوع کے نام سے مانگتا ہوں۔ آمین۔
My Prayer...
O Holy and Righteous Father, I want my character to be a blessing to my children, my children's children, and to my grandchildren's children. Please give me wisdom, discernment, tact, honor, integrity, and compassionate holiness in all my actions, words, demeanor, and influence. May I provide a godly influence and a righteous memory for those in both my physical and spiritual families. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
