بچپن سے! اگر آپ کی ماں مذہبی ہو جس نے آپکی پرورش اُس دنیا میں کی جو کہ یسُوع میں ایمان، بائبل کی کہانیوں، ،ایمان کی لوریوں، سے گھِری ہوگی تو خُدا کی حمد اور ماں کا شُکریہ ادا کریں۔ اگر آپ کے ساتھ ایسا نہیں ہُوا، تو ایک عہد کریں کہ آپ کے بچوں، اور آپ کے پوتے پوتیوں کو زندگی میں اِس قسم کی شروعات ملے گی۔ ہاں،لڑکپن اور جوانی میں ذاتی ایمان جیت جائے گا، لیکن بچپن میں ایسی شروعات ایک برکت ہے۔ کسی بچے کی دُنیا کو محبت، اُمید اور وعدہ کے ساتھ بھرنا کیونکہ یسُوع وہ عظیم تحفہ ہے جو کہ والدین دے سکتے ہیں۔
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
From infancy! If you had a godly mom or dad who brought you into the world surrounded by faith in Jesus, stories from the Bible, and lullabies of faith, praise God and thank them. If you didn't, then make a commitment that your children and grandchildren will be given this head start in life. Yes, personal faith will be won in adolescence and adulthood, but being surrounded by faith in infancy is such a great head start. To fill a child's world with love, hope, faith, and promise because of Jesus is one of the greatest gifts a parent can give!
میری دعا
پاک اور توجہ دینے والے باپ، ایمان دار ماں باپ کے تحفے کےلیے تیرا شُکر ہو۔ میں دُعا کرتا ہوں کہ ہم میں سے وہ جو ایمان دار ہیں وہ اپنے بچوں کے ساتھ ایمان شئیر کرنےکےلیے سرگرم ہو جائیں۔ براہِ کرم میری زندگی کو ایک ایسی جگہ بنا جہاں بچے اور سربراہان یسُوع کی خوشنودی میں ایمان لانے کو آسان اور بحفاظت سمجھیں۔ اُس کے قیمتی نام میں تیری حمد اور شُکر ادا کرتا ہوں۔ آمین۔
My Prayer...
Holy and attentive Father, I thank you for the incredible gift of believing parents. I pray that more of us who do believe will actively share our faith with our children. Please make my family and my life a place where children and grandchildren can find it easy to believe and safe to rejoice in Jesus. In his precious name, I praise and thank you. Amen.
