خُدا نے اسرائیل کو اپنی خاص قوم ہونے کےلیے چُنا۔ یہ اِس لیے نہیں تھا کہ وہ دُوسری قوموں سے زیادہ بہتر اور چمکدرار ہیں۔ نہیں، خُدا نے انہیں ابرہام کے ساتھ اپنے پیار کی وجہ سے چُنا اور اِس طرح وہ اپنے چُنے ہُوئے لوگوں کے وسیلہ سے زمین کی تمام قوموں کو برکت دے گا۔
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
God chose the Israelites to be his special nation. This wasn't because they were better or brighter than other nations. No, God chose them because of his love for Abraham so he could bless all nations of the earth through his chosen people with the Messiah, the Savior of the world. We know this Messiah. His name is Jesus, the light of the world!

اے باپ، میں جانتا ہوں کہ تُو نے مجھے اپنی عظیم رحمت، فضل، اور مہربانی کی وجہ سے اپنی نجات سے برکت دی ہے۔ اِس کے بدلے، جیسا کہ میں دُوسروں کے ساتھ تیری عظیم برکات شئیرکروں تو تُو براہِ کرم مجھے قوت بخش۔ یسُوع کے نام میں مانگتا ہوں۔ آمین۔
