آج کی آیت پر خیالات
حتیٰ کہ ہم میں سے بہت جذبہ رکھنے والے اور مثبت لوگ زندگی کے چند پہلوؤں میں اپنے آپ کو ٹوٹا ہُوا اور ماندہ محسوس کرتے ہیں۔ یہ یقین رکھنے اور یسُوع کی پیروی کرنے کےلیے اتنا مشکل نہیں ہے جب کہ ہم عقابوں کے پَروں کے اُوپر سواری کر رہے ہیں یا دَور رہے ہیں اور خُدا کے ساتھ اپنی دَور میں ماندہ نہیں ہوتے۔ اکثر ہماری زندگی کا مشکل ترین وقت وہ ہے جب ہم اپنے ایمان کو متحرک رکھنے کے لیے بدحواس ہوئے بغیر ایک قدم کے سامنے دُوسرا قدم رکھتے چلے جاتے ہیں۔ ایسی بالکل شِکستگی، کمزوری، اور بے بسی کے لمحات میں خُداوند سب سے زیادہ حقیقی، سب سے زیادہ قوت والا، اور سب سے زیادہ حاضر ہوتا ہے۔
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Even the most pumped-up, excited, and optimistic among us can find ourselves broken, discouraged, and weary when facing challenging times in our lives. It isn't hard to believe and follow Jesus when we are soaring on eagles' wings or running and not growing weary in our walk with God. Often the most challenging time to keep our faith vibrant, however, is when we try to keep putting one foot in front of the other while not fainting. The Lord is often the most real, powerful, and present in those moments of absolute powerlessness, weakness, and brokenness. So, let's pray to recognize his presence.
میری دعا
اے خُدا، تیرا شُکر ہو کہ تُونے مجھے قائم رکھا اور تب میرا ایمان زندہ رکھا جب میں بُرائی کے حملہ کی زد میں تھا اور زندگی کی مشکلات اور رکاوٹوں کی وجہ سے تھک گیا تھا۔ براہِ کرم جن کو میں پیار کرتا ہوں اور اُن کا نام لے کر یاد کرتا ہوں اُن کو قوت بخش کہ وہ اگرچہ کمزور اور تھکے ہوئے ہیں وہ ڈٹے رہیں۔ اُن کی زندگیوں میں حقیقی بن اور اُن کو یہ بتا کہ تُو اُن کے عظیم نجات دہندہ کے طور پر فضل کے ساتھ اُن کو چھڑانے آ رہا ہے۔ یسُوع کے نام میں یہ مانگتا ہوں۔ آمین۔
My Prayer...
Thank you, God, for sustaining me and keeping my faith alive when the evil one attacked me and I grew weary with life's challenges and hardships. Please give those I love the strength to press on even though they are weary and weak... (Pray for specific people you know need God's help to press on with life!) O, God, please be present and experienceable in their lives to let them know that you are coming with grace to help and redeem them as their Great Deliverer. In Jesus' name, I ask this. Amen.
