آج کی آیت پر خیالات
کیا آپ کے ہاتھ آج بھرے ہوئے ہیں؟ کیا آپ آج ضروری اور اہم چیزوں سے اپنے آپ کو بھٹکا ہوا پاتے ہیں جب کہ آپ آنے والے کل کے مسائل کے بارے میں فکر مند ہیں؟ کیا آپ کسی خاص تہوار پر یہ سوچتے ہیں کہ آپ نے کوئی موقع گنوا دیا ہے اور خیالات میں راستے میں موجود تمام امکانات کو دیکھتے ہیں؟ کیا یہ وقت کا ضیا نہیں کہ آپ اُن چیزوں کے بارے میں فکر مند ہوں جن کا کوئی اثر نہیں ہے؟ چنانچہ آنے والے کل، آنے والے ہفتے، اور۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔کے بارے اتنی فکر کیوں؟ آئیں آج ہم خُدا کے ساتھ چلیں اور آنے والے کل میں اُس کی وفاداری پر یقن کریں۔
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Don't you have your hands full with today? Don't you find yourself distracted from the urgent and important things of today when you worry about the problems of tomorrow? Don't you occasionally find yourself missing an opportunity today while fantasizing about all the possibilities down the road? Isn't it a waste of time to be anxious about those things over which you have no influence? So why worry so much about tomorrow, and next week, and...? Let's walk with God today and trust in his faithfulness for us tomorrow.
میری دعا
مقدس خُدا، مجھے قوت دے کہ میں موقع کے مطابق جیوں اور ایسی زندگی بسر کروں جو تیرے لیے خوشی اور دوسروں کے لیے برکت کا باعث ہو۔ میرے دل کی مدد کر کہ میں آج کی شدید ضرور کو محسوس کر سکوں اور بے باکی،مہربانی، اور نجات کے ساتھ عمل کر سکوں، بجائے اس کے کہ میں فکر مند رہوں کہ کل یا اگلے ہفتے کیا ہوگا۔ مجھے موقع پر فوری عمل کرنا سیکھا جو کہ تیرے بیٹے کی منادی میں میَں نے تب دیکھیں جب وہ زمین پر چلتا پھرتا تھا۔ یسُوع کے نام میں مانگتا ہوں۔ آمین۔
My Prayer...
Holy God, give me the strength to seize the moment and live the life today that will please you and bless others. Help my heart feel the urgency of today and act with boldness, kindness, and salvation instead of worrying so much about what may happen tomorrow or next week. Give me the immediacy of the moment I see in your son's ministry when he walked the earth. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
