آج کی آیت پر خیالات
آزمائش کے دَور میں، خُدا نے ہم سے دو چیِزوں کا وعدہ کِیا ہے (1) حل، اور (2) اِمتحان کی گھڑی میں ثابت قدم رہنے کی قوت۔ کیا ہم حقیقی طور پر اِس پر یقین کر سکتے ہیں؟ ہاں، ضرور، کِیُونکہ یسُوع نے اِس قوت کا اظہار کِیا، خُدا نے ہم سے اِس قوت کا عہد کِیا، اور ہم مسِیح میں اُن بہن بھائیوں کی جانِب دیکھ سکتے ہیں جو اِس قوت کی وجہ سے فتح حاصل کر چُکے ہیں! تاہم، ہمیں یہ نہیں سوچنا چاہیئے کہ حل کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ ہم مُشکلات،للکار، مصائب کا سامنا نہیں کریں گے۔ آزمائش سے گُزر کر اور ایمان دار رہنے کے لیے مُشکلات کا سامنا کرنے سے بھاگنے کو خیر آباد کہہ کر دونوں صورتوں میں کِردار حاصل ہوتا ہے۔ خُدا ہمیں ایک راستہ ضرور دکھائے گا، لیکن وہ ہمارا پاکیزہ کردار بنانے میں بھی دلچسپی رکھتا ہے۔ خُدا کے دونوں کاموں میں توازن ہے۔ خواہ ہم وفادار رہنے کا انتخاب کریں وہی ہمارا کام ہے۔ (رومیوں 5 باب 1 تا 5 آیت؛ پہلا پطرس 1 باب 7 آیت)۔
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
In the face of temptation, God has promised us two things:
- A way out.
- The power to stand up under trial.
Can we really believe this? Yes, because Jesus demonstrated this power, God promised us this power and he is faithful, and we can look at brothers and sisters in Christ who have triumphed by this power! However, we must not think that the way out means that we will not face challenges, hardships, temptations, or difficulties. Character is produced both by refusing to give in to temptation and also by refusing to give up during the challenges we face to remain faithful. God will provide us a way out, but he is also interested in developing our holy character. Where the balance is between a way out and developing our holy character is God's work. Whether we choose to remain faithful is our work. (Romans 5:1-5; 1 Peter 1:7)

پیارے باپ، مُجھے آزمائش سے باہر نکلنے کے لیے راستہ فراہم کرنے اور کامیابی سے اُس کا سامنا کرنے کے لیے قوت بخشنے کے لیے تیرا شُکر ہو۔ براہِ کرم مُجھے اُن وقتوں کے لیے مُعاف کر دے جب میں آزمائش کے لیے مرا جا رہا تھا اور میں نے گُناہ کِیا۔ مُجھے اُن وقتوں کے لیے مُعاف کر دے جب میں نے اُس کھُلے دروازے سے فرار کا راستہ اختیار نہیں کیا۔ مُجھے تیری اور تیری بادشاہی کی وفادار اور مُفید خدمت کے لیے پاک اور بحال کر۔ یسُوع کے نام میں۔ آمین۔
My Prayer...
Thank you, dear Father, for supplying me with the way out of temptation and the power to face it victoriously. Please forgive me for the times when I succumbed to temptation and sinned. Please correct and forgive me for those times when I have chosen not to find your door of escape. Cleanse and restore me to faithful service, strengthen me for the trials and temptations ahead, and make me useful to your work in my world. In Jesus' name, I depend upon your promise and grace. Amen.
